Frequently Asked Questions

  • Which plan is right for me?

Feel free to compare features above, but generally, Ramping is for newer advisors who don't do too many meetings. Core is best for solo advisors and advisor teams with a consistent meeting cycle with clients. Scale is best for teams with aggressive growth goals and a desire to improve visibility and analytics across meetings.

  • Can I change my plan later?

During the first 90 days, you can make any adjustments to your plan you'd like. After 90 days, you can upgrade your plan at any time, but downgrades are only allowed at the end of your billing cycle.

  • Is there an annual commitment?

Yes, although you can cancel at any time during the first 90 days. Jump's annual commitment allows for either annual or monthly payments.

  • Are there volume discounts for signing up our whole team?

If you're signing up a large team and would like to talk about discounts, then please contact us—we'd love to talk through your use case.

  • How does the free trial work?

Jump is free to try for 14 days. At the end of the 14 days, you'll still be able to log in to Jump and view your notes and other outputs, but you won't be able to capture more meetings until you sign up for a paid plan.

  • Are there usage limits?

There are not usage limits on the Core, Scale, and Enterprise plans. The Ramping plan is limited to 60 AI outputs per month. And of course, the free trial is limited; free trials can process up to five meetings.

  • What counts as an AI output?

An AI output is something Jump produces with AI on your behalf. Right now, meeting notes, task lists, recap emails, analytics, and pre-meeting prep are counted as outputs. You can choose which of these outputs you'd like to produce for each meeting in your automation settings.

  • What's the difference between a Full and a Lite seat?

A Full seat is a seat that can capture meetings and produce its own AI outputs. It's what advisors would typically use for their own seats. A Lite seat allows for other users on the account to help process captured meetings and generated outputs. Lite seats can't capture meetings or generate outputs through automations. Lite seats are often used for operations teams, assistants, or other team members who need to help inside of Jump.

  • Will my clients be ok with this?

Yes! Jump is designed to help you be more present in meetings, not less. Clients often appreciate the increased focus and attention they receive when advisors use Jump.

  • Is the AI safe and compliant?

Yes! Jump has been designed with security and compliance at the forefront. We are SOC 2 Type 2 compliant and have a robust security program in place. We're able to match your data storage policies and work with your compliance team to make sure Jump meets your firm's requirements.
